Westin W2 Spinning Reel

The Westin W2 pairs a carbon body and rotor with a carbon drag system for lure fishing. Its 1000 to 5000 sizes cover light presentations through to larger lure setups without changing to a different reel series.

Freshwater and saltwater lure fishing, including perch, trout, pike and bass.

How to choose

The 1000 is the lightest option at 182g. The 2000 and 3000 weigh 210g and 216g, while the 4000 and 5000 offer 8kg maximum drag. For more line capacity, the 5000 holds 200m of 0.285mm line versus 200m of 0.205mm on the 4000.
