Berkley mounting systems and equipment holders
The current Boating Accessories range is led by modular Berkley components for boats, kayaks, SUPs and belly boats. Mount Base with Lock products support compatible holders, while quick-release, ball and extension systems help position fishfinders, cameras, rods and organisers without treating every fitting as universally interchangeable.
Available examples include small and large fishfinder holders, a combined holder with a telescopic aluminium transducer arm adjustable from 29 to 52 centimetres, a 60-centimetre camera arm and a 28-centimetre extension arm. Check the required base, fastener, device footprint and total load for each combination.
The Berkley glue-on pad provides a mounting foundation for compatible accessories on specified PVC or Hypalon inflatables. Its published base size is 158 by 113 millimetres, but material preparation, adhesive, bolt depth and curing must follow the craft and accessory instructions. Incorrect fitting can damage an air chamber.
Motor, inflation and trolling accessories
The Savage Gear three-blade weedless propeller kit is specified for the Thruster 12V 55lb motor, not every electric engine. Verify the exact model before ordering a boating accessory, and compare complete units in electric boat engines.
The Kinetic Double Action Pump moves two litres per stroke and supports inflation and deflation. Match its hose and adaptor to the relevant craft through boat pumps and float tubes. Never exceed the pressure stated by the inflatable-product manufacturer.
Savage Gear Multi Purpose Paravanes are offered in left and right versions, including XL options, for trolling lures or live baits within the published operating guidance. Compare their role with the dedicated planer boards category and keep clips, lines and keels organised for the selected side.
Build a compatible and safe boat setup
For electronics, start with the exact device and mounting surface, then compare fishing cameras and fishfinders and compatible transducer mounts. Connector shape, screw pattern or similar dimensions do not prove that two products are designed to work together.
Keep rods accessible with purpose-designed rod holders, leaving space for steering, oars, passengers and emergency equipment. Arrange accessories so nothing can enter the propeller, puncture an inflatable chamber or block the route out of the craft. Include every mounted item in the total load.
Before launch, test locks, bases, straps and device retention by hand. After use, rinse suitable parts, dry fasteners and inspect plastic, aluminium, stainless hardware and adhesive pads. Replace cracked mounts, corroded bolts or slipping locks instead of overtightening them or adding improvised fixings.
