Sonubaits groundbait, pellets and hookbaits
The current Sonubaits range at Emerald Ripple is centred on bait for coarse, feeder, method and carp fishing. Available examples include Premium Carp Pellets, Super Feeder Roach and Super Feeder Bream groundbaits, Natural Black Magic, Natural Big Fish and several Supercrush, So Natural and Pro Groundbait mixes.
For method and pellet approaches, the range includes F1 Stiki Method Pellets, Fin Perfect Stiki Method Pellets, Super Carp Method Mix and 50:50 Method & Paste. Hookbait choices include Band'um Sinkers, Spike'um Wafters, Hookable Pro Expander and Pellet O's, allowing anglers to compare sinking, wafter and hookable-pellet presentations.
Ground hemp, crumb, biscuit meals, krill meal and binders are also represented through the Essential Ingredients range. These products are intended for adapting a mix, but additions should be measured rather than poured in automatically: too much binder, liquid or fine material can change breakdown, cloud and feeding response.
Choose Sonubaits for the venue and method
Start with the target species, water depth, flow, temperature and feeding method. Browse the wider coarse and carp bait category to compare groundbait, pellets and hookbaits, then use bait attractants only where their flavour and concentration suit the chosen base mix.
For feeder fishing, consider how quickly the bait must leave the feeder and whether the swim needs an active cloud, a firm method mix or a slower bed of particles. Match prepared pellets to compatible pellet feeders, and organise moulds, scoops and other baiting equipment before adding water.
Hookbait should complement the feed without simply duplicating it. Compare size, colour, buoyancy and mounting method, and check that the selected hook and hair arrangement can present it cleanly. Products named for carp, F1, roach or bream still need to be matched to the fish and rules at the actual venue.
Prepare, carry and store bait correctly
Add liquid gradually and allow the mix to rest before judging consistency. Riddle groundbait where the method requires an even texture, keep hookbaits separate from bulk feed and use clean containers from the buckets and riddles range to avoid mixing old flavours or damp residue into a fresh batch.
Take only the amount needed for the session, keep opened bags and tubs protected from rain and direct sun, and follow the pack instructions for soaking or preparation. Do not introduce unused bait into the water at the end of a session; remove it in line with fishery rules and local environmental guidance.
Seal dry products after use and store them away from heat, moisture and pests. Check dates, aroma and texture before the next trip. Wash buckets, riddles, hands and tools, especially when changing between fishmeal, sweet, spice or liquid additives, so each Sonubaits mix performs as intended.
